Qupé Wine Club membership is available in a 3, 6, or 12 bottle or 1 Magnum shipments. Shipments and purchases are discounted as follows:
15% for the 3-Bottle Clubs (approx.
$75 per shipment, not to exceed $100) Tax and shipping will be added to each quarterly shipment. Your wines will be sent on or around January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15 |

I understand that there is a minimum membership of 2 regular shipments, and that I must give Qupé 30 days written notice to end my membership. This offer is void where prohibited by law. Qupé ships wine only to those states deemed reciprocal at the time of shipping. Delivery to a business address is preferable as an adult signature will be required. |
